Planning Council
Membership Requirements:
- Dutchess County resident or a provider of HIV services in Dutchess County.
- Willingness to attend monthly Planning Council meetings.
- Active participation on at least one committee.
- Represent the Planning Council to the community in a
professional, confidential manner (in accordance with NYS
Confidentiality Law).
- Disclose any conflicts of interest that you may have.
- Agree to follow the By-Laws of the Planning Council.
Planning Council
Application Process:
- Complete a membership application, resume or personal
statement, and one letter of reference to the Planning Council
office
- Attend Membership Orientation
- Attend three Planning Council meetings
- Membership Committee requests the Planning Council vote to
make a recommendation about the candidate to the County Executive
for appointment.
- Planning Council forwards the recommendation along with the
application and resume or personal statement to the Grantee
- County Executive reviews the information and appoints members
